Relation with Technology

My experience spans Development, Maintenance & Support, Migration, Transition and Transformation, with domain work across Banking, Operations, Automotive Finance, and Meter Data Management. In recent years, my work in IT was focused on Process Transformation and AI through Robotic and Cognitive Automation. As AI rapidly becomes an integral part of our lives, I am fascinated by the evolving relationship between humans and technology—how we complement, challenge, and learn from one another in shaping the future. A dual degree in Computer Science (B.E.) and Psychology (M.A. Psych) has enabled me to keep people at the centre while working with technology, business processes, and cognitive intelligence—shaped by years of global, cross-country, onsite–offshore collaboration.

03 · Spirituality & Reflection

Holding Space for the Spirit

Alongside my counselling work, I keep a personal spiritual practice and enjoy sharing what I've learned along the way. I don't come to this as an authority with all the answers — more as a fellow Seeker. It's simply a quiet, judgment-free space to reflect together on purpose, suffering, and finding a little more peace and clarity.

  • Reflecting on meaning & purpose
  • Making sense of grief & change
  • Mindfulness & inner calm
  • Spirituality & YOGA (JNANA)
  • Sharing practices, not prescriptions
  • A gentle, judgment-free space
